Shipping Policy

At C-Creationz, many of our items are personalised, custom-made, or made to order. Shipping times are separate from the time needed to design, make, check, and pack your order.

If we need any extra details from you before making your order, this may affect when your order can be dispatched.

UK shipping

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Standard: £3.49, estimated 5-7 working days after dispatch
  • Royal Mail Priority: £4.99, estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch

Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Free local pickup

We also offer a free local pickup option in the UK where available.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting. Collection details will be provided after your order is ready.

International shipping

We currently offer International Tracked Shipping to selected countries.

International Tracked Shipping is estimated at 7-9 working days after dispatch.

Current international shipping rates are:

  • 0-2.21 lb: £8.99
  • 2.21 lb and up: £11.99

International shipping is currently available to selected European destinations, the United States, and Canada. Germany, Russia, and Belarus are excluded from the current international shipping zone.

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery country and order weight.

Customs, duties, and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. C-Creationz is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or import processing.

Order processing and dispatch

Shipping estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Because many products are personalised or made to order, dispatch time may vary depending on the product, quantity, design details, proof approval, and current workload.

We’ll contact you if we need more information before producing or dispatching your order.

Delays

We do our best to dispatch orders carefully and on time, but delivery delays can happen once an order is with the postal service or courier.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at enquiries.customcreationz@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because the wrong address was provided, we may not be able to refund or replace it. If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe something is missing, please contact us at enquiries.customcreationz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos where relevant.
